Privacy Policy

1. Features

Gem Painting is a single-player puzzle game. Players place colorful gems into matching cells, complete levels, and progress through the game at their own pace.

All gameplay actions are triggered by the user. The game does not require account registration, login, social features, user-generated content, or access to personal files.

2. Permissions

Gem Painting does not request access to your photos, camera, microphone, contacts, location, calendar, Gmail account, or other personal content.

The app may use local device storage only to save game progress and settings, such as completed levels, sound preferences, and similar gameplay-related data. This information remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Data and Privacy

Gem Painting does not require account registration and does not collect directly identifying contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

We do not collect name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, photos or videos, contacts, payment information, health information, user-generated content, or browsing history.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this local data may also be deleted.

4. Advertising and Analytics

Gem Painting may use Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Meta/Facebook App Events to understand general app usage, measure app installs and marketing performance, and improve gameplay quality.

Analytics events may include information such as app opens, session activity, level starts, level completions, level failures, booster usage, app version, device model, operating system version, language, and similar app interaction data.

With your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, Gem Painting may allow analytics SDKs to access the iOS advertising identifier to measure advertising performance and attribution.

5. Children's Privacy

Gem Painting is designed as a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

6. Data Security

Because Gem Painting does not collect personal information on our servers, we do not maintain a server-side profile about you. Local game data is stored on your device.

7. Your Choices

You may stop all use of the app by deleting Gem Painting from your device. You may also clear local game data through your device settings where supported by the operating system.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated policy at this page.
